ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EARLY CHECKIN or LATE CHECKOUT/EXTRA GUESTS?
This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges(with limitations).
Regarding extra guests: 12 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 12 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.
Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.
Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.
Maximum early check-in is two hours at 2 PM. Maximum late check out is 10AM. Early checkin must be requested and may not be available depending previously booked reservations.
You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.
Child safe pool fence available. The pool fence is always left down unless requested. The 50ft pool fence covers the entire pool and lounge area.
No charge: For baby or children amenities. Baby crib, packnplay, foam changing table, video monitor.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?
No golf cart currently.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.
PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only. 6 car maximum.
